With all of my heart I thank you, for the wisdom and guidance and patience to get me to this point. .
More of the story in my stories, but I have been searching for how to pour the best shot in the morning and so many people here helped me get to where I am today. .
I love you from the top of my coffee stained teeth to the bottom of the poop that happens afterwards. ☕️😀💩
Obviously there’s a lot more to it, but some days it really feels like this doesn’t it?
Guns kill people
Took and early Qantas Link flight out to the Diamantina Shire to visit with Clancy and Errol of @betootaadvocate. They run a cracking podcast which you’ll hear in a few days. Thanks for the book lads, back to the city for me now.
Unreal podcast with @abdullahzeinab today. This man drops some serious knowledge about fear, consciousness, eating plants and riding a bicycle 5500km from Perth to Sydney in the #ipwr. Coming soon. Hold onto your beanies - this’ll blow the doors off.
Teaser of new episode with @melissaambrosini - listen now through the link in my bio.
New podcast up now, link in bio.
Melissa Ambrosini is an Author, Podcaster and Motivational Speaker.
You can find her on instagram @melissaambrosini. Her first book “Mastering your Mean Girl” was an absolute hit, and she’s just released a new book “Open Wide”. We might not all be authors, we might not all reinvent ourselves and work hard to become authorities on self-help and self-love : but all of us have been at rock bottom, and Melissa’s story of how she came back from a place of true darkness and peril is one that will move you.
This one gets dark. This one gets emotional, however it’s ok. It has a happy ending.
Melissa’s Podcast is a superb listen and you can find it where you found this one, just search The Melissa Ambrosini Show.
If you like this episode, go let her know online - my guests always get a kick out of getting feedback from you.
So let’s not waste any time.
Settle in for a tale of coming into the light out of the darkness with Melissa Ambrosini.
I’m thrilled to reveal to you the cover of my first book. Thoughts?
You mightn’t know that for a lot of the time you’ve known me, I’ve been managing life with a mental illness. I wanted to talk about how with the help of some great doctors, a great mentor and my loving wife @audreygriffen that I managed to recover from the depths of psychosis to having a life that is a long way from how bad things were, because I know I’m not alone in going through what I went through.
You can pre-order now through the link in my bio, and as a reward, if you email the receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll shoot you something to say thank you.
I’m excited and scared and thrilled and nervous, but here we go.
#Podcasts and #Polaroids with @melissaambrosini. Soon!
Coffee, cookies and a podcast with Todd Sampson. Body Hack 2.0 is coming and I cannot wait to share this conversation with you. What a fascinating human he is! (Georgia baked the cookies btw and they are Lupin/Choc vegan delights 👍🏻)
A little teaser of this week’s episode with @plant_proof’s Simon Hill. Link in bio.
Fun times with the dream team (Melissa Byrne my Stylist (suit and Bula Shirt department)and Carla Mico my HMU artist (the keeper of the hair)) and a dip and dunk photo booth. Exposing straight onto the photographic paper and then mechanically dipping into developer and dunking into the fixer. The chemicals evaporate over time in between services-so you always get variable results.
I spend a lot of time with these two fabulous people at work, pretty fabulous people to be around. The woman in the bottom right (@technicarla) introduced me to my wife!
New Podcast is live now. Link in Bio.
My guest this week is Simon Hill (@plant_proof). He's is an entrepreneur, and advocate for plant-based eating.
He is one of Australia’s most successful young entrepreneurs, investors and advisors.
Devastatingly handsome with eyes like turquoise tropical lagoons, Simon’s focus now is on advocating for a plant-based lifestyle.
If you look at a photo of him, you’ll notice that he is cut like a chopped salad.
The man works out. And Plant Proof was inspired by Simon’s own experience with transitioning from eating animal foods to a plant-based diet. He’s a great guy, I hope you enjoy getting to know Simon Hill.
Now that you all know how it ended, here's how we celebrated Sam & Tara's romantic engagement on @bachelorinparadiseau.
It was December in Fiji, so on the night of the wrap party @audreygriffen and I took a few moments to cool off in the sunset.
Because life's too short not to stand in the Pacific Ocean with a cool beverage and your lover. xx
Can you believe this was FIVE years ago?
The day I interviewed @richroll for the first edition of #findingultra.
You can hear the episode at bit.ly/richroll30
Love you, Rich, I'm glad you're in my life mate.
Not many people get to know their doppelganger and call them a friend!
